Healthy Laddoos 

Ingredients

  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Walnuts 1 cup
  • Cashews 1 cup
  • Peanuts 1 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds 1 cup
  • Sunflower seeds 1 cup
  • Watermelon seeds 1 cup
  • Phool Makhana 1 cup
  • Flaxseeds 3-4 table spoons
  • Sesame (Black or Brownish) 3 - 4 table spoons
  • Dates (deseeded) - 1 cup 
  • Figs (chopped) - 1 cup (optional)


Instructions

  • On medium heat, lightly roast all the ingredients. Do not roast too much as nuts and seeds might release too much oil. 
  • Let all the nuts cool down.
  • Grind the nuts into a coarse powder.
  • Heat dates and figs with a half cup of water, softening with a spoon/ladle. Turn the heat off once dates turn soft.
  • Once the 'dates - figs' mixture cools down. Mix in the nuts-seeds powder into it. Make soft ball-shaped laddoos with the mixure.
